Synopsis

This document discusses the use of reflective portfolios as a teacher training and supervision strategy. It presents five chapters that address the evolution of the portfolio concept, its use to promote reflection, teacher professional development, and horizontal and vertical supervision. The document argues that portfolios can stimulate reflective development and collaborative learning among teachers.
